The landscaping of the yard around the house is breath-taking. There is an automated irrigation system that soaks ten zones throughout the front, side and back yards of the house. There are three spotlights in the front yard that light up the entire house. There is a lamp post near the front entrance to the house. All houses on the street keep this lamp on every night. There are trees, shrubs and plants on islands throughout the back yard and around the patio.
