These pictures are from my house on May 5, 2003.
This two story contemporary home built in 1995 has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 full baths upstairs,1 half bath downstairs and is approximately 2139 sq. ft. Rooms include a balcony office, formal dining room, formal living room, eat-in kitchen and den. Other features include a gas fireplace in the den, carpet in most areas, vinyl kitchen and bathroom floors, a hardwood floor in the foyer, and a ceiling fan in the living room. This home has a 2 car garage and a patio with built in gas grill. There is a security system monitoring windows and doors and motion detectors. There is an intercom system and automated irrigation system through out the yard. There are upstairs and downstairs intelligent, programmable thermostats. There are three spotlights in the front yard that light up the entire front of the house at night. There are two flood lights in the back of the house.
When you walk into the front door of the house you step into the 2-story foyer. There is a coat closet and half bathroom on the right and the living room and dining room is on the left. The living room and dining room ceiling is 2-story. The staircase is in the foyer on the left just passed the living room entrance. Passing the staircase and proceeding forward, you enter the kitchen (left) and den (right) area. You can also get to the kitchen from the dining room. Standing in the entrance to the kitchen and den area, looking to the right is an entrance to the laundry room. The laundry room has an entrance to the 2-car garage. Still in the entrance, looking to the left is a pantry. Proceeding up the staircase making a right angle, you enter a balcony that overlooks the foyer, living room and dining room. All bedroom entrances are off this balcony. Proceeding to the right, the balcony opens up large enough to be an office. There is a wide closet off this part of the balcony next to the entrance to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a full bath (which has another walk-in closet and separate shower and bathtub). The second full bathroom entrance is also off the balcony.
